Bhaji’s focus is on growing early-stage technology companies to market-leading brands. Bhaji has led B2B marketing within various industries, including FinTech, product management, social media and consumer apps.

Bhaji is currently the CMO of Centrifuge, the first platform to bring real-world assets to the blockchain.

Prior to Centrifuge, Bhaji was CMO of Dragonboat, a product management software company for outcome focused companies. As the 1st go to market hire, Bhaji helped grow the team from 5 to 40 employees in 1 year, raise $12M led by Insight Partners and establish Dragonboat as the #1 product portfolio software with customers such as Miro, Chime and F5.

As VP of Global Marketing at Surkus, Bhaji ran all marketing and growth initiatives for the consumer app. Bhaji oversaw the acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies with a marketing mix including advertising, community engagement, growth, content, brand, sales enablement, PR, and partner marketing. Before Surkus, Bhaji was the first person in marketing at Social Native, recruited to bring the company out of stealth mode and develop, operationalize, and maintain the company’s overall marketing strategy. Bhaji started her career at Taulia, a SCF fintech, where she spent 5 years building the department and strategy from the ground up. Taulia was acquired for SAP for nearly $1B.

In her personal time, Bhaji launched GLOW, a women's network that brings together influential LA executives to collaborate, interact, and learn from each other in personal and professional ways. Since launching in spring 2019, GLOW has hosted over 25 events and grown the network to 150+ women.
